Who can become an Agent?
  • An individual who wants to recruit other merchants and earn additional, passive income as commission on their sales.

  • An individual who is already a merchant, but wants to recruit other merchants and earn additional, passive income as commission on their sales.

How it works

Agents help the operator's business grow by recruiting more merchants. The term "agency" is used to describe the merchants recruited by an agent. Agents may also form a part of their own agency. Agents earn commission on the sales of all the members in their agency. Note that agents can still operate as merchants. [Read more about merchants...]

Agent status can be obtained by registering as an agent with the operator or upgrading from a merchant. The following scenarios give an understanding on how agents and agencies work.

Agent with merchants
  • Agent 1 registers with the operator.

  • Agent 1 recruits merchants for his/her agency, Agency 1.

  • In this case Agency 1 would consist of Agent 1 and all the merchants he/she has recruited.

  • Agent 1 earns commission on the sales of the merchants in Agency 1.

  • Agent 1 also earns commission on his/her own sales.

A merchant working for an agent upgrades to an agent

One of the merchants in Agency 1 decides to upgrade to an agent (Agent 2).

  • Agent 2 still belongs to Agency 1, the agency he/she was initially recruited into, and can't belong to his/her own agency, Agency 2.

  • Agent 2 recruits merchants for Agency 2.

  • Agent 2 earns a commission on the sales of the merchants in Agency 2, but earns no commission on his/her own sales.

  • Agent 1 earns commission on the sales of all merchants and agents (including Agent 2) in Agency 1.

  • Agent 1 may earn commission on the sales of the merchants in Agency 2.

Operator with agents and merchants
  • Agents (e.g. Agent 1) and merchants register with the operator.

  • An individual who initially registers as an agent (Agent 1) belongs to his/her own agency (Agency 1), along with all the merchants he/she (Agent 1) has recruited.

  • Agent 1 earns commission on the sales of the merchants in his/her agency.

  • Agent 1 earns commission on his/her own sales.

  • An individual who initially registers as a merchant effectively belongs to the operator's "agency".
